Counselling
Counselling offers a confidential space to talk through what is troubling you and express your feelings in a safe, non-judgemental environment. Whether you are in a crisis or need help with an ongoing problem, by discussing the issues and exploring the feelings involved, it is possible to gain a new perspective and new insights into how to move forward. We will meet weekly for an hour long session for an agreed period of time.
