Lomi Lomi Nui

Lomi Lomi Nui is an ancient shamanic Hawaiian practice, a transformational sacred massage which contacts and realigns the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body, creating quantum leaps in our ability to navigate all aspects of life in harmony with our deepest self.
Training in this sacred art begins with our own journey of awareness into the physical body unlocking old patterning, blockage and trauma to allow a fuller and more open flow throughout our being. Lomi Lomi Nui facilitates a peeling away of conceptual reality, allowing a deep inner awareness to arise. Limiting beliefs, thoughts and emotions – reflected in the individual’s patterns of physical holding – are shaken loose by the deeper movement of wholeness emerging. Rather than simply disappear, these energies are released in to the sphere of acceptance. The ‘ohana (family) of our internal being is reunited and we begin to respond to life from a place of more freedom and wholeness. We are reconnected to our own sacredness and thereby awakened to the sacredness of all that surrounds us. How this unfolds is unique to each person, and different each time it is experienced.
The ancient lineage, energetic touch, breath, movement and music combine to transmit new possibilities to the body/mind. In scientific language, one could say that this work opens up new neural pathways of memory, emotion and thought.
