In Depth Mindfulness Training Coming To Stroud
The Mindfulness Association is bringing its much-respected Level One training to Stroud in Autumn 2019. The training is known for its depth, and transformative potential and, uniquely, it includes an element of self-compassion.
Mindfulness has proven benefits for many health concerns especially anxiety, depression and chronic illness. However, life has its ups and downs for us all and mindfulness is a way of being which allows us to surf the waves of our life with more ease, whatever our challenges, needs or life circumstances.
Dates: Taster Weekend 14-15 September
Followed by 9-10 November, 18-19 January, 22-23 February
All weekends run 10am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday
