I have always been interested in sports and also teach Postnatal Exercise. I then trained with the London School of Sports Massage because I have experienced the benefits of Sports Massage both for injuries and postural imbalance. For the last two years I have massaged runners who took part in the London Marathon straight after the event to aid their recovery. I have also been involved in massage at a Judo event.
When I am not working, I look after my two children and I am a keen outdoor enthusiast, especially when it comes to climbing and Nordic Walking.
