Elgiva is passionate about good health and is committed to supporting others to be as healthy as they possibly can be.

At the age of 11 she was shown how to give a back massage, and Elgiva began her journey of discoverey into how touch, when it is given and received through massage, can soothe, relax and reharmonise our bodies and minds. 

Qualifying in Aromatherapy, Massage and Bodywork in 1996 after studying with The Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy, Elgiva joined the team of therapists at Stroud Natural Health Clinic.  She continues to deepen her experience of the human body, metaphorically likening her hands to mirrors that reflect back to her client's body how it feels. The Essential Oils she blends individually for each client assist the body in its healing.
