Linda is a well qualified and experienced practitioner, she has worked at Stroud Natural Health Clinic since 1996 and is employed as Complementary Therapist at Cotswold Care Hospice.
Qualifying in Therapeutic Massage with the Maitri Foundation (1993) she was taught Indian Head Massage in London by Narendra Mehta the following year. She studied Reflexology in Chepstow with Patricia Morrell, graduating with credit (1996). Linda has been a Reiki II Practitioner since 1998 and completed postgraduate training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) with The European School of Healing & Complementary Medicine (1998) and Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) with Lynne Booth (2001). Linda gained the International Therapy Education Council (ITEC) Beauty Specialist Diploma in order to offer a wide range of Health and Beauty treatments, graduating with credit (2002), and completed a short, post-grad course in Chinese Facial & Head Massage at Christie Hospital, Manchester (2004).
Linda holds A.P.N.T. qualifications in Therapeutic Massage and Anatomy and Physiology and is a member of the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists (APNT), British Register of Complementary Practitioners (BRCP) and British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA); she holds a current First Aid certificate and regularly attends postgraduate training sessions to update and improve her skills.
Linda gives short talks on Complementary Therapies to local groups.
